Doctor Carpet provided us a fabulous service a few weeks ago. We wanted to have a refresh & also protect our cream carpet before our 9 week old puppy arrived.. Bought an old rug from Gumtree and foolishly didn't anticipate the smells that would come with it.... Jen and her team have made the rug look brand new and removed the awful doggy smell that came with it. Friendly, responsive and a quick turnaround. Have previously used Doctor Carpet and was really pleased with the results and booked again on behalf of my mum this week who needed some upholstery cleaning. Excellent job again from Andrew, the chair in question has come up a treat and my mum so pleased. Would highly recommend this service.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. It’s the second time we’ve had Andrew out and the carpets look brand new again. Even with two dogs and two cats, all stains are gone. Friendly, punctual and great value for money.
